• If you believe you made a mistake in the information provided or wish to cancel your order before any work has started, please contact us immediately.

• Refund requests submitted prior to service initiation may be considered, but may be subject to a processing fee or administrative charges.

• Once a service has been processed, including submission of documents, purchase of hosting, domain names, or other third-party services, fees are non-refundable.

• Fees paid for third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, or government filing fees are non-refundable, even if we agree to a partial refund for our services.

• Customers remain responsible for any fees charged by these third parties.
